Release of Liability

If you are interested in applying for an accessible play package for your child -or- if you are seeking sponsorship on behalf of your organization, please review Kairo’s Kids Liability Release before completing the application below.

Applications will be accepted from January 15–November 15, 2026, at which time intake will pause to allow for the processing of as much of the waitlist as possible prior to the end of the year. All applicants are welcome to reapply every calendar year.  

Applications will be fulfilled based on availability of funding and volunteer hours, with local and first time applicants taking priority.

We are unable to accept international applicantions at this time.
